As a self-coached athlete who works with high school kids from a variety of athletic backgrounds; Coach Hammerand understands that there’s many ways to achieve a goal. It is our desire to meet you where you are at in your running career, life, and time constraints. We will create an individualized training plan that works with your schedule and goals.
HOW IT WORKS:
Coach Hammerand will get to know you personally and learn the following:
Running history: injuries, mileage, etc.
Gait analysis: To ensure you are using proper footwear
Desired Training Frequency
Muscular weaknesses
Goals- Targeted Race
Following your initial meeting/phone call, Coach Hammerand will create a personalized training plan for your goal race.
